We are pleased to offer this exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly skilled and proactive
Clinical Pharmacist to join Witterings Medical Centre. You will be joining an established, friendly team
of multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver medicines optimisation services, undertake
clinical medication reviews to proactively manage people with complex polypharmacy, this is both
face to face and on the telephone. In addition, you will support the practice in providing expert advice
with medication queries and monitoring. Witterings Medical Centre have over 10,000 patients with 4
partners, 3 salaried GPs, an experienced nursing team and an excellent administrative team. We are
one of 8 practices in the Chichester Alliance of Medical Practices Primary Care Network.
